What's in a Rainbow?

Within that refraction of bright sunshine beneath a dark, cloud-laden sky is a promise of a hope-filled tomorrow with an end to the storm. Light replaces darkness; hope replaces despair and joy replaces mourning. That God would write such a promise upon the sky for all to see is magnificent, and yet to think that such glory would be deposited within simple vessels of clay is unimaginable. The Bible says that this is what Jesus came to do. "In HIm was life and the life was the light of men," John 1:4.
